What are the requirements to register as a Vysamox Agent?
Anyone running a cyber cafe, digital shop, retail store, or online customer service center can register. You require a computer/mobile, a reliable internet connection, a valid Aadhaar number, a PAN card, and a certified biometric fingerprint scanner (Mantra/Morpho) to process real-time e-KYC applications.
How does the UPI point load (REAUTO) approval work?
Our REAUTO system allows you to request points directly. Scan the QR code or send payment to the listed UPI VPA, then enter your transaction UTR / UPI reference number, the transaction date, and the exact amount in the agent portal load screen. Our administrative team will verify the payment reference in real-time and approve the points to your account balance instantly.
Which biometric devices are supported by the portal?
We support all major UIDAI certified biometric fingerprint sensors including Mantra (MFS 100), Morpho (MSO 1300 E, E2, E3), Startek (FM220U), and SecuGen. Please ensure that you have installed the correct and updated RD service drivers for your specific device model prior to starting biometric e-KYC operations.
How long does it take to process a PAN Card correction or application?
Aadhaar-linked e-KYC & e-Sign applications (both New PAN and Corrections) are processed in real-time. The digital e-PAN card is typically generated and sent directly to the applicant's registered email address within 2 hours to 24 hours. The physical plastic PAN card is printed and dispatched via speed post to the applicant's address within 7 to 10 working days.
Are there any hidden costs, renewal fees, or monthly targets?
No, Vysamox does not charge any monthly subscription, account maintenance fees, or annual renewals. There are absolutely no sales targets or quotas. Your agent wallet points have lifetime validity, and you only pay per application or search transaction according to the system's active tariff rates.
